In the vbulletin options, seach forInferno vBShout Settings (Pro), there search for Page Deployment, next to that is a box with index put in there replace it with:
index,adv_index
and save

next you have to do the template edits go to your style, edit templates, adv_portal, and search for $navbar below that put:
<!--{%SHOUTBOX%}-->
then save and that's it you have the shoutbox in your cmps ;D cya
